A refund is issued only after the returned parcel has been received\n    at our facility or logistics location and only after we have verified that the shipping packaging is still\n    <strong>sealed, unopened, untampered with, not resealed<\/strong>, and compliant with the conditions of this policy.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Return shipping costs are the customer\u2019s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error attributable to Pepticore Aminos,\n    a wrong product, or a product damaged upon delivery and correctly reported in accordance with this policy.\n    Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is attributable to Pepticore Aminos.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Where applicable, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order,\n    where technically possible. Credit times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, or banking institution.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    All Pepticore Aminos products are intended exclusively for <strong>research and laboratory use<\/strong>.\n    This limited return condition is designed to protect the quality, integrity, and traceability of materials\n    intended exclusively for research use.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <div class=\"note\">\n    <p>\n      <strong>Important:<\/strong> any issues, including damage, wrong items, missing items, quantity discrepancies,\n      empty vials, or parcel tampering, must be reported within\n      <strong>2 (two) business days of receipt<\/strong>, in line with our\n      <a href=\"\/en\/shipping-policy\/\">Shipping Policy<\/a> and our\n      <a href=\"https:\/\/pepticoreaminos.us\/en\/terms-and-condition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a>.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Claims must include a <strong>full unboxing video<\/strong> showing the parcel <strong>still sealed<\/strong>,\n      the shipping label clearly visible, the full opening process, and the product condition.\n      Without a valid unboxing video, the claim <strong>may not be considered<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h3>2) Damaged, wrong, or missing items<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    If your order arrives <strong>damaged<\/strong>, <strong>incorrect<\/strong>, or <strong>incomplete<\/strong>,\n    please contact us within the time limits above. After verification and <strong>at our sole discretion<\/strong>,\n    we may offer <strong>one of the following remedies<\/strong>:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>a <strong>replacement<\/strong> for the damaged or wrong item;<\/li>\n    <li>a <strong>replacement shipment<\/strong> for missing items;<\/li>\n    <li>a <strong>store credit<\/strong> of equal value.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p><strong>No monetary refunds<\/strong> are provided for these claims unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by Pepticore Aminos.<\/p>\n\n  <p>To assess the claim, you must provide:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>order number<\/strong>;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>photos of outer and inner packaging<\/strong>;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>product photos<\/strong>, where applicable;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>full unboxing video of the still-sealed parcel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>\n    Reports concerning damaged, wrong, or missing products must be submitted within\n    <strong>48 hours of delivery<\/strong> or in any case within the time limits indicated above, including a clear description\n    of the issue, the order number, photos of the parcel, product photos, and the full unboxing video required under this policy.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>3) Lost shipments not attributable to the customer<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    A shipment is considered <strong>lost<\/strong> only after an <strong>official carrier investigation<\/strong> and only if the carrier\n    <strong>confirms in writing<\/strong> that the parcel was <strong>lost before delivery<\/strong>\n    and the shipment is confirmed as not delivered.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    In such cases, in order to protect the customer, we may offer, <strong>at our sole discretion<\/strong>,\n    one of the following remedies:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>a <strong>free replacement shipment<\/strong>; or<\/li>\n    <li>a <strong>store credit<\/strong> of equal value.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>\n    <strong>No monetary refunds are provided.<\/strong>\n    Any remedy may be applied <strong>only after the carrier investigation is completed<\/strong>.\n    Carrier investigations typically require several business days and may vary depending on the carrier.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    If tracking shows <em>\u201cDelivered\u201d<\/em>, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled and\n    <strong>no refunds, free replacements, or credits<\/strong> will be issued.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>4) Failed delivery, incorrect address, or non-collection<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    Shipments not delivered due to reasons not attributable to Pepticore Aminos, including but not limited to:\n    recipient absence, failure to collect from a pickup location, refusal of delivery, access issues,\n    incomplete or incorrect address details, invalid contact information, name mismatch, unavailable mailbox,\n    carrier inability to complete delivery, or customer failure to respond to carrier notices,\n    <strong>are not considered lost shipments<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    If, as a result of the above circumstances, the parcel is <strong>abandoned, destroyed, disposed of, returned to carrier inventory,\n    or not returned to sender by the carrier<\/strong>, <strong>no refund and no free replacement shipment<\/strong> will be provided.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Any additional costs requested by the carrier, including address corrections, return-to-sender fees,\n    additional delivery attempts, storage holds, or handling of invalid delivery details,\n    <strong>are the customer\u2019s responsibility<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>5) Fraud prevention<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    To prevent fraudulent claims, all orders may be <strong>documented and photographed before shipment<\/strong>.\n    Incomplete claims, inconsistent claims, or claims not supported by evidence, including valid unboxing footage,\n    may be denied.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>6) Policy hierarchy<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    In case of discrepancies or interpretative conflicts, the <strong>Shipping Policy<\/strong> and the\n    <strong>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a>.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>7) United States shipping<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    This Refund Policy applies to orders shipped within the <strong>United States<\/strong>.\n    The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.\n    Orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer\n    may not be eligible for refund, cancellation, replacement, or store credit.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.\n    Delays caused by carriers, holidays, weather, operational disruptions, remote delivery areas, failed delivery attempts,\n    or other circumstances outside our control do not create an automatic right to refund or replacement.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>8) Questions &amp;
