Certificates of Analysis (COA)<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    COAs are available on <strong>product pages<\/strong> and can be requested at any time via the\n    <a href=\"\/contact\/\">contact form<\/a>. COAs describe the batch and covered analytical parameters; any third-party testing is governed by Section 13.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>15. Order Acceptance and Right to Refuse<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    All orders are subject to <strong>review and approval<\/strong>. Shipping, Risk, and Inspection<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. <strong>Risk of loss or damage<\/strong> transfers to the purchaser\n    when the goods are handed over to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law. The purchaser must\n    <strong>inspect<\/strong> the goods upon receipt and report any issues within the time limits stated in the Shipping Policy and, where relevant, carrier procedures.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    For any <strong>claims<\/strong> relating to shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items, quantity discrepancies,\n    empty vials, or any dispute regarding the parcel contents, it is <strong>mandatory<\/strong> to provide:\n    <strong>(a)<\/strong> an <strong>unboxing video<\/strong> showing the parcel <strong>still sealed<\/strong> with the shipping label clearly visible and the full opening process up to the products,\n    <strong>(b)<\/strong> <strong>clear photos<\/strong> of the products and packaging. Failure to provide such documentation may prevent claim handling.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Technical note: if the <strong>lyophilized<\/strong> material inside the vials appears <strong>not pressed\/compact<\/strong> as soft or fragmented powder,\n    this is not a defect and <strong>does not affect product quality<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>16-bis. 14-Day Return for Sealed Parcels<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    Without prejudice to the\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/pepticoreaminos.us\/refund-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Refund Policy<\/a>,\n    Pepticore Aminos may allow returns within <strong>14 (fourteen) days of delivery<\/strong>\n    exclusively for parcels returned in their <strong>original shipping packaging<\/strong>,\n    still <strong>sealed, unopened, untampered with, and not resealed<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    For reasons of integrity, traceability, and safety of products intended exclusively for research use,\n    returns are not accepted for parcels that have been opened, altered, damaged, resealed, tampered with,\n    or where the original seal is no longer intact.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Any refund, where applicable, is issued only after the returned parcel has been received and after positive verification\n    that the return complies with the conditions set out in the Refund Policy. A return does not create any automatic\n    right to a refund before the parcel has been received and verified.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Return shipping costs are the customer\u2019s responsibility, unless the issue is attributable to Pepticore Aminos\n    or concerns a wrong\/damaged product correctly reported under the applicable policies. Original shipping costs\n    are non-refundable, unless the issue is attributable to Pepticore Aminos.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>17. Prices, Taxes, and Currency<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may be subject to <strong>taxes, duties, fees, or charges<\/strong>\n    borne by the purchaser, where applicable.\n    In the event of an <strong>obvious pricing error<\/strong>, Pepticore Aminos may cancel the order before shipment and refund amounts paid.\n    Minor differences due to <strong>rounding<\/strong>, payment processor fees, or currency conversion by payment gateways are not disputable.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>18.
