Research Use Only Declaration<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    By purchasing research compounds from <strong>Pepticore Aminos<\/strong>, the customer declares and agrees that:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>All products are intended <strong>solely for laboratory research purposes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <li>Products are <strong>not approved<\/strong> for human or animal consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, clinical use, or any form of administration.<\/li>\n    <li>Products <strong>have not been evaluated, approved, or authorized<\/strong> by the <strong>U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)<\/strong> or any other regulatory authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition.<\/li>\n    <li>The customer is solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, disposal, and use of the products, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Certificates of Analysis (COA)<\/strong> for available batches can be found on product pages or requested via the <a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">contact form<\/a>.<\/li>\n    <li>\n      Independent purity verifications will be considered valid only if performed by <strong>Janoshik<\/strong>\n      (<a href=\"https:\/\/janoshik.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">janoshik.com<\/a>)\n      or <strong>Synaptica Analytics<\/strong>\n      (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.synaptica-labs.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.synaptica-labs.com<\/a>),\n      as stated in the <a href=\"\/en\/terms-and-condition\/\">Terms of Service<\/a>.\n      Any applicable remedies, if any, are governed exclusively by the <a href=\"\/en\/refund-policy\/\">Refund Policy<\/a>.\n    <\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>2. Legal Age and Compliance<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>The customer confirms being at least <strong>18 years old<\/strong> and legally authorized to purchase research-use products within their jurisdiction.<\/li>\n    <li>The customer is fully responsible for compliance with all <strong>applicable federal, state, and local laws<\/strong> regarding the purchase, possession, handling, storage, disposal, and use of such products.<\/li>\n    <li>The customer confirms that products will not be used for human or animal consumption, self-administration, injection, ingestion, topical application, resale for consumption, clinical use, or veterinary use.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>3. No Warranty and No Medical Claims<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Pepticore Aminos<\/strong> makes no medical, veterinary, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or regulatory representations, explicit or implied, regarding the safety, efficacy, suitability, or intended uses of its products.<\/li>\n    <li>Products are provided \u201c<em>as is<\/em>\u201d and <strong>without warranties<\/strong> of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any non-research application, to the maximum extent permitted by law.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>\n    For clarity, <strong>Section 4 (\u201cNo Advice Provided\u201d)<\/strong> of our\n    <a href=\"\/en\/terms-and-condition\/\">Terms of Service<\/a> also applies.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    By purchasing, possessing, handling, storing, disposing of, or using the products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Pepticore Aminos<\/strong> shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use, misuse, improper handling, improper storage, unauthorized application, or disposal of the products.<\/li>\n    <li>The customer assumes all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling, storage, disposal, and use of the products.<\/li>\n    <li>The customer waives, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any legal claims against Pepticore Aminos, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners arising from misuse, unlawful use, or non-compliant handling of the products.<\/li>\n    <li>The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring legal, regulatory, safety, and laboratory compliance.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>5. Indemnification Clause<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    The customer agrees to <strong>indemnify and hold harmless Pepticore Aminos<\/strong>, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from any:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Claims, damages, penalties, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, misuse, resale, transfer, or disposal of the products.<\/li>\n    <li>Legal actions, regulatory actions, investigations, injuries, damages to third parties, or violations of applicable law connected to the customer\u2019s conduct, product handling, or product use.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>6. Customer Verification and Controlled Access<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Access to products and checkout is conditional upon acceptance of this waiver and all applicable site policies.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Pepticore Aminos<\/strong> may request identifying information, including name, email, order details, shipping details, or minimal verification information, where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, compliance, order review, or policy enforcement.<\/li>\n    <li>Accounts may be suspended, limited, or closed in case of false declarations, suspected misuse, fraud indicators, policy violations, or attempted circumvention of purchase requirements.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>7. Validity, Severability, and Applicable Terms<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>This agreement is binding upon the customer and their successors, representatives, or assigns.<\/li>\n    <li>If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.<\/li>\n    <li>This waiver operates together with our <a href=\"\/en\/terms-and-condition\/\">Terms of Service<\/a>, <a href=\"\/en\/refund-policy\/\">Refund Policy<\/a>, <a href=\"\/en\/shipping-policy\/\">Shipping Policy<\/a>, and other applicable website policies.<\/li>\n    <li>In case of conflict between this waiver and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless otherwise required by applicable law.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>8. United States Shipping and Customer Responsibility<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    Pepticore Aminos currently ships orders within the <strong>United States<\/strong>.\n    The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund, replacement, reshipment, or store credit.<\/li>\n    <li>Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, remote delivery areas, failed delivery attempts, access issues, or other circumstances outside our control do not create an automatic right to refund or replacement.<\/li>\n    <li>Risk and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.<\/li>\n    <li>Any claim regarding delivery, damage, missing items, incorrect items, quantity discrepancies, or parcel contents must comply with the requirements stated in the <a href=\"\/en\/shipping-policy\/\">Shipping Policy<\/a> and <a href=\"\/en\/refund-policy\/\">Refund Policy<\/a>, including the required unboxing video where applicable.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <p>\n    By proceeding with a purchase, the customer confirms having read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this\n    <strong>Indemnity and Liability Waiver Agreement<\/strong>.\n    Electronic acceptance is equivalent to a legally binding signature under applicable law.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <small>This Liability Waiver is intended for customers using the Pepticore Aminos United States website.<\/small>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Liability Waiver \u2013 Pepticore Aminos Effective Date: September 2, 2025 \u2014 Last Revision: May 23, 2026 1.
