1) Payments and order nature

All payments made to Pepticore Aminos are processed immediately. Our products are sold strictly for research use only, and once order fulfillment has started, transactions cannot be automatically reversed.

2) Disputes and proper use of chargebacks

Chargebacks are intended for unresolved billing disputes, unauthorized transactions, or other valid cardholder protections. Whenever possible, customers are asked to contact our support team first so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it directly.

Chargebacks initiated in a groundless, abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating manner — including disputes contrary to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms & Conditions — may result in account limitations or suspension.

3) Documentation and evidence

Pepticore Aminos maintains comprehensive records of all orders, including payment confirmations, shipping data, tracking logs, system records, fulfillment details, and customer communications.

In the event of a chargeback, such materials may be submitted to the payment processor, card network, or issuing bank as evidence of proper fulfillment, where applicable.

4) Prior communication

5) Repeated or abusive chargebacks

In cases of repeated, abusive, fraudulent, or manifestly unfounded chargebacks, Pepticore Aminos reserves the right to restrict service access, block future orders, and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to protect its business interests and recover reasonable costs associated with abusive or fraudulent disputes, where permitted by applicable rules.

This Chargeback Policy applies to orders placed through Pepticore Aminos for customers in the United States.
