All products sold and distributed by Pepticore Aminos are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. These products are not intended for human or veterinary use and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease, medical condition, or veterinary condition.
Pepticore Aminos makes no claims regarding the efficacy, safety, suitability, or intended use of any product. Any descriptions, technical references, research summaries, or informational language are provided solely for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute medical, veterinary, regulatory, scientific, or legal advice, nor product claims.

By purchasing from Pepticore Aminos, you confirm and agree that:
- You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or properly trained individual with the skills and facilities required to handle research materials safely.
- You will use the products only in a controlled laboratory or research setting and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- You will not use, permit, promote, or facilitate the use of the products for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, or veterinary use.
- You understand that misuse of the products may result in legal consequences, including regulatory action, civil liability, or criminal liability.
Pepticore Aminos reserves the right to refuse or cancel sales to any person or entity suspected of misuse, false representation, unlawful intent, or circumvention of these terms. Any attempt to bypass these requirements, including misleading shipping information, false identity, unauthorized resale, or misrepresentation of intended use, may result in account closure, order cancellation, refusal of future sales, and any other action permitted by applicable law.
Accessory Warning
The inclusion, resale, or use of syringes, diluents, injection supplies, or similar accessories together with research peptides may be interpreted by regulators or third parties as evidence of intent for human or animal use. Pepticore Aminos does not sell, provide, endorse, or sponsor such accessories and disclaims all responsibility for their use, sale, possession, distribution, or association by third parties.
Regulatory Statement
These products have not been evaluated, approved, or authorized by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. Responsibility for lawful purchase, possession, handling, storage, disposal, and use rests solely with the purchaser.
Age Requirement and Right to Refuse
Purchases are restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. In the event of false statements or reasonable suspicion of circumvention, Pepticore Aminos reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the order and to take any further action permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepticore Aminos shall not be liable for misuse, non-compliant use, improper storage, improper handling, unauthorized applications, or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, handling, or use of any product. In all cases, any total liability, if recognized, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the purchaser for the product subject to the dispute.
Certificates of Analysis (COA)
Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available directly on product pages and may be requested at any time through the contact form. COAs describe the batch and the analytical parameters covered for that specific product lot.
Disputes and Communications
Any disputes relating to quality, purity, identity, quantity, shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items, or other product-related issues must be submitted within 2 (two) business days from delivery using the contact form. Reports submitted through other channels or outside this period may not be eligible for review.
Independent Purity Verification
If you wish to independently test the purity of purchased peptides, such verification will be recognized as valid only if performed by Janoshik (janoshik.com) or Synaptica Analytics (www.synaptica-labs.com).
For any purity-related dispute, the analytical documentation must clearly include: (i) the exact batch number of the analyzed product, (ii) “Pepticore Aminos” as the source/supplier, (iii) confirmation that the sample was submitted lyophilized and with the original sealed cap. Analyses that do not meet these requirements, or are conducted on opened, diluted, reconstituted, transferred, contaminated, or altered samples, will not be considered valid for any remedy. Any applicable remedies, if any, are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.
International Shipments, Customs, and Import Rules
Where Pepticore Aminos offers shipping outside the United States, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:
- The purchaser is solely responsible for complying with all applicable import laws, regulations, and requirements in the destination country.
- If a shipment is delayed, held, seized, confiscated, destroyed, refused by customs, returned, or not delivered due to customs, regulatory, or import-related reasons, Pepticore Aminos will issue no refund and provide no reshipment, except where required by applicable law.
- Any import duties, taxes, clearance costs, brokerage fees, storage charges, or other customs-related fees are always the purchaser’s responsibility.
- A discount code may be offered at Pepticore Aminos’ sole discretion as a goodwill gesture, without obligation.
