1) Product availability
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2) Delivery areas
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping availability, carriers, delivery methods, and rates may vary depending on the destination address, product availability, order value, and checkout configuration.
If your address is not accepted at checkout, please contact us via the contact form before placing an order.
3) Estimated delivery times
- Standard U.S. shipping: estimated 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping, where available: estimated 1–3 business days
- Remote areas, carrier delays, holidays, or exceptional conditions: delivery may take longer
Items from the same order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During national holidays, peak demand periods, weekends, adverse weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control, all shipping methods, including expedited services, may experience delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions, governmental restrictions, or operational interruptions outside our control.
Transfer of risk: the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Inspection upon receipt: the buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any issues within 2 (two) business days in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, by following the carrier’s procedures. Claims must include a video unboxing showing the sealed package, shipping label, full opening process, and product condition.
4) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, order value, and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas, address corrections, failed delivery attempts, oversized parcels, special handling, or carrier-imposed surcharges, where applicable.
5) Free shipping
- United States: free shipping may be available above the order threshold shown at checkout.
When eligible, the “Free Shipping” option will appear automatically at checkout.
6) Damage or delivery issues
If a parcel arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with, notify the carrier upon delivery where possible and contact us within the time limits stated above at [email protected], including your order number, photos of the outer and inner packaging, product photos, and a video unboxing. You may also use the contact form.
7) Lost shipments, failed delivery, and non-collection
No refunds: except as stated in Section 1 regarding product unavailability, no refunds are provided for orders once they have been handed over to the carrier. In case of delivery issues, the only possible remedy, where applicable, is a replacement shipment under the conditions below.
Investigation claim: if tracking indicates that a shipment has not been delivered, we will open an official investigation with the carrier. Any decision regarding a replacement shipment can only be made after the investigation is completed. Carrier investigations typically require several business days and may vary depending on the carrier.
Lost before delivery: a free replacement shipment may be provided only if the carrier officially confirms in writing that the parcel was lost before delivery and the tracking status confirms the shipment was not delivered.
Tracking marked “Delivered”: if the tracking status shows “Delivered”, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled and no refunds or free replacement shipments will be provided.
Failed delivery / non-collection / recipient responsibility: shipments not delivered due to reasons not attributable to Pepticore Aminos, including but not limited to recipient absence, failure to collect from a pickup location, refusal of delivery, access issues, incomplete or incorrect address details, invalid contact information, name mismatch, unavailable mailbox, or carrier inability to complete delivery, are not considered lost shipments.
Additional carrier costs: any additional costs requested by the carrier, including address corrections, handling of missing or invalid delivery details, additional delivery attempts, storage holds, return-to-sender fees, or verification procedures, shall be borne by the recipient.
Parcels not returned to sender: if, as a result of the circumstances above, the parcel is abandoned, destroyed, disposed of, returned to carrier inventory, or not returned to sender by the carrier, no refund and no free replacement shipment will be provided.
8) Incorrect address or customer error
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund, cancellation, or free replacement.
If an address correction is possible before dispatch, we may attempt to update the shipment details, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment or has been handed over to the carrier.
