Terms of Service – Pepticore Aminos

By accessing or using the Pepticore Aminos website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility and Intended Use

Pepticore Aminos products are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, nor for use in food, medicines, cosmetics, therapeutic applications, diagnostic applications, or any form of human or animal administration. To purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and a qualified researcher with the skills, facilities, and equipment required to handle such materials safely. In the event of false statements or reasonable suspicion of circumvention of requirements, Pepticore Aminos may cancel the order (see Section 15).

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree that products purchased from Pepticore Aminos:

Will not be exported, resold, or used in the development or production of chemical or biological weapons.
Will not be used in the development or production of controlled substances.
Will not be used for purposes other than legitimate scientific research.
Will not be used for human or animal consumption, self-administration, resale for consumption, or clinical use.

Any evidence of misuse or intent to use products contrary to these terms may result in account termination and refusal of future sales. Pepticore Aminos reserves the right to cooperate with applicable authorities where necessary.

3. Legal Compliance

You acknowledge that certain products, if used for human or animal consumption, may be classified by regulatory authorities such as the FDA or other applicable agencies as unauthorized drugs, biologics, medicines, or regulated substances. By using this website and purchasing products, you confirm that you will not use any Pepticore Aminos product for consumption or administration to humans or animals. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of such products.

4. No Advice Provided

All content on the website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, veterinary, scientific, regulatory, or legal advice. Before taking any action based on the information provided, you should consult a qualified professional.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pepticore Aminos, its owners, collaborators, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from any liability, claim, demand, damage, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the website, the products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. External Links and Software

The website may contain links to third-party sites provided for convenience only. Pepticore Aminos does not endorse or control such sites and is not responsible for their content, products, services, or policies. Use of linked sites or downloadable software is at your sole risk.

7. Website Availability

Pepticore Aminos strives to maintain website availability, but reserves the right to suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue access at any time and for any reason. We are not liable for any damages arising from interruptions, errors, downtime, maintenance, or technical issues.

8. Product Use and Responsibility

All products are sold for research purposes only. Customers acknowledge the risks associated with improper use, storage, handling, or disposal. Products must be handled exclusively by trained individuals aware of applicable safety requirements and regulations. Pepticore Aminos reserves the right to refuse sales to individuals or entities suspected of misuse.

9. Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes a legally binding commitment to pay. Unpaid orders may result in restrictions on future purchases. Fraudulent payments, unauthorized payment activity, abusive disputes, or improper chargebacks may be reported to the relevant payment processor, card network, financial institution, collection service, or applicable authority. See also Section 19 for handling payment disputes.

10. Product Representation

Images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may show aesthetic differences, including differences in cap, crimp, seal, label, vial, or packaging appearance. These differences do not affect product quality, identity, or purity where the product remains compliant with the applicable batch specifications.

Cap, crimp, or seal colors may vary between batches; such aesthetic differences do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return where the contents comply with batch specifications.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Pepticore Aminos is not liable for damages arising from misuse, negligence, improper handling, improper storage, unauthorized applications, or use of products outside their intended research purpose. All responsibility rests solely with the purchaser. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepticore Aminos’ total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the purchaser for the product subject to the dispute, excluding indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

12. Final Acceptance

At checkout, by ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that:

You understand the products are intended for research use only and not for consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, or administration to humans or animals.
You are at least 18 years old.
You have read and accepted these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
You have read and accepted that any returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.

13. Purity Analysis and Disputes

Any dispute relating to product purity must be reported within 2 (two) business days from delivery via the contact form, stating the relevant batch number and confirming that the sample will be submitted for independent verification.

Supporting analytical documentation may be provided afterwards, and will be recognized as valid only if performed by Janoshik (janoshik.com) or Synaptica Analytics (www.synaptica-labs.com) and if it clearly includes: (i) the exact batch number of the analyzed product, (ii) “Pepticore Aminos” as the source/supplier, (iii) confirmation that the sample was submitted lyophilized and with the original sealed cap.

The report must be provided within 30 (thirty) calendar days from delivery. Analyses that do not meet these requirements, or are performed on opened, diluted, reconstituted, transferred, contaminated, or altered samples, will not be considered valid.

Any applicable remedies, if any, are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.

14. Certificates of Analysis (COA)

COAs are available on product pages and can be requested at any time via the contact form. COAs describe the batch and covered analytical parameters; any third-party testing is governed by Section 13.

15. Order Acceptance and Right to Refuse

All orders are subject to review and approval. Pepticore Aminos may cancel orders, limit quantities, or refuse a sale in the event of suspected misuse, false statements regarding age or qualification, breach of these terms, risk indicators, payment concerns, shipping restrictions, or regulatory compliance reasons. In such cases, any amounts paid will be refunded according to the applicable policy.

This provision does not modify or expand the return and refund conditions set out in the Refund Policy.

16. Shipping, Risk, and Inspection

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser when the goods are handed over to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law. The purchaser must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any issues within the time limits stated in the Shipping Policy and, where relevant, carrier procedures.

For any claims relating to shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items, quantity discrepancies, empty vials, or any dispute regarding the parcel contents, it is mandatory to provide: (a) an unboxing video showing the parcel still sealed with the shipping label clearly visible and the full opening process up to the products, (b) clear photos of the products and packaging. Failure to provide such documentation may prevent claim handling.

Technical note: if the lyophilized material inside the vials appears not pressed/compact as soft or fragmented powder, this is not a defect and does not affect product quality.

16-bis. 14-Day Return for Sealed Parcels

Without prejudice to the Refund Policy, Pepticore Aminos may allow returns within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery exclusively for parcels returned in their original shipping packaging, still sealed, unopened, untampered with, and not resealed.

For reasons of integrity, traceability, and safety of products intended exclusively for research use, returns are not accepted for parcels that have been opened, altered, damaged, resealed, tampered with, or where the original seal is no longer intact.

Any refund, where applicable, is issued only after the returned parcel has been received and after positive verification that the return complies with the conditions set out in the Refund Policy. A return does not create any automatic right to a refund before the parcel has been received and verified.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is attributable to Pepticore Aminos or concerns a wrong/damaged product correctly reported under the applicable policies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is attributable to Pepticore Aminos.

17. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may be subject to taxes, duties, fees, or charges borne by the purchaser, where applicable. In the event of an obvious pricing error, Pepticore Aminos may cancel the order before shipment and refund amounts paid. Minor differences due to rounding, payment processor fees, or currency conversion by payment gateways are not disputable.

18. Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts, coupons, referrals, or other promotions cannot be combined and apply only under the conditions and deadlines stated in the offer. Pepticore Aminos may modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time where misuse, error, or abuse is suspected.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact Pepticore Aminos via the contact form so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it directly. Chargebacks initiated in a groundless, abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating manner may delay any applicable remedy and result in restrictions on future purchases.

20. Account, Data, and Accuracy of Information

The purchaser is responsible for keeping account, billing, and shipping information accurate and up to date, and for protecting login credentials. Orders fulfilled based on incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the user may not be refundable.

21. Intellectual Property

Content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, product descriptions, designs, and materials on the website are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, scraped, modified, or exploited without Pepticore Aminos’ written authorization.

22. Force Majeure

Pepticore Aminos shall not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, carrier delays, service outages, payment processor issues, supply chain interruptions, acts of authorities, regulatory changes, labor disruptions, war, public health events, or technical failures.

23. Changes to the Terms of Service

Pepticore Aminos may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the publication date on the website. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

24. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.

25. International Shipments, Customs, and Import Rules

Pepticore Aminos may offer shipping outside the United States on a limited basis, where available. By placing an order with an international destination, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The purchaser is solely responsible for complying with all applicable import laws, regulations, and requirements in the destination country.
In the event of delay, hold, seizure, confiscation, destruction, refusal of customs clearance, return, or non-delivery due to customs, regulatory, or import-related reasons, no refund and no reshipment will be issued, except where required by applicable law.
Any import duties, taxes, clearance costs, storage charges, brokerage fees, or other customs-related fees are always the purchaser’s responsibility.
Risk and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the purchaser once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.
At the sole discretion of Pepticore Aminos, and without any obligation, a discount code may be offered as a goodwill gesture.
