1) Eligibility and Program Approval

Participation in the PepticoreAminos Affiliate Program is subject to manual review and approval. Submission of an affiliate application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

PepticoreAminos reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate violates these Terms, misuses the Program, engages in fraudulent or misleading activity, or conducts promotional activity that is inconsistent with PepticoreAminos policies or applicable law.

2) Research-Use-Only Products and Permitted Promotion

PepticoreAminos products are offered strictly as research compounds for research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption.

Affiliates must promote PepticoreAminos products solely within an appropriate research-use-only context and must not present, describe, recommend, or imply that any product is intended for personal, human, animal, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, dietary, cosmetic, or performance-enhancement use.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, weight-loss, wellness, or performance claims;
• claims that a product can treat, prevent, cure, mitigate, or diagnose any disease or condition;
• dosage instructions, dosing schedules, protocols, cycles, titration guidance, or instructions for personal use;
• injection, administration, reconstitution, or personal-use instructions;
• before-and-after claims or promises of physical or medical results;
• statements or testimonials describing personal consumption or personal use of research products;
• content encouraging or facilitating use of products outside their stated research purpose;
• false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims concerning any PepticoreAminos product;
• unauthorized modification or misrepresentation of PepticoreAminos product information.

Affiliates may only use product descriptions, specifications, research information, and marketing representations that are authorized by PepticoreAminos or that are independently lawful, accurate, and properly substantiated.

3) FTC Affiliate and Endorsement Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship with PepticoreAminos whenever promoting the brand, linking to PepticoreAminos, using an affiliate code, reviewing a product, or otherwise publishing content from which the affiliate may earn compensation.

The disclosure must be easy for the audience to notice and understand and must appear in close proximity to the endorsement, recommendation, link, video, post, or other promotional content.

A suitable disclosure may state, for example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

Affiliates must comply with the Federal Trade Commission's applicable endorsement, testimonial, advertising, and disclosure requirements, as well as any other federal, state, local, platform-specific, or advertising rules applicable to their promotional activities.

Receiving free products, samples, discounts, commissions, payments, or any other benefit from PepticoreAminos constitutes a relationship that must be disclosed where required.

4) Referral Links and Tracking

Affiliate commissions are attributed through the PepticoreAminos affiliate tracking system using referral links, cookies, and internal affiliate records.

The standard referral tracking cookie duration is 5 days.

Tracking may be affected by circumstances outside the control of PepticoreAminos, including browser privacy settings, cookie deletion, anti-tracking technology, ad blockers, social-media applications, messaging applications, device changes, or other technical restrictions.

PepticoreAminos' affiliate-system records will be used as the primary operational record when determining visits, referrals, orders, and commission attribution.

5) Discount Codes

PepticoreAminos may provide individual affiliates with approved promotional or discount codes.

Unless specifically configured otherwise, use of an affiliate discount code does not replace the referral tracking link and does not independently guarantee commission attribution.

Affiliates may only advertise codes expressly authorized for their use. Affiliates may not alter, create, publish, distribute, or represent unauthorized promotional codes as official PepticoreAminos offers.

Unauthorized coupon distribution or misuse may result in cancellation of commissions and suspension or termination of the affiliate account.

6) Commission Rate

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard affiliate commission is 10% of the commissionable amount of a qualifying order correctly attributed to the affiliate.

Commissions are calculated on the eligible merchandise amount after applicable discounts and exclude shipping charges, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, packaging charges, service fees, and any other non-commissionable amounts.

Commissions are earned only on valid, paid, qualifying orders that comply with these Terms and PepticoreAminos policies.

7) Pending, Rejected, Reversed, and Cancelled Commissions

Affiliate commissions may initially remain pending while the underlying transaction is reviewed and while the applicable refund or validation period remains open.

A standard 14-day validation period may be applied before a commission becomes eligible for payout. PepticoreAminos may apply a longer review period where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or tracking irregularities.

No commission will be payable on orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, unpaid, self-referred, artificially generated, or otherwise non-compliant.

PepticoreAminos may manually review, correct, suspend, reject, or reverse a commission in the event of technical errors, tracking errors, fraud, abuse, policy violations, refunds, chargebacks, or other irregularities.

8) Strict Prohibition on Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not earn commissions from their own purchases.

This prohibition includes purchases made directly or indirectly through the affiliate's own account, payment method, referral link, related account, controlled entity, or any artificial arrangement created for the purpose of generating affiliate compensation.

Attempts to circumvent the self-referral restriction may result in immediate cancellation of the related commissions and suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program.

9) Payouts

Affiliate payouts are generally processed on a monthly basis for eligible, validated, and unpaid commissions.

The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.

If the payout threshold has not been reached, eligible commissions may be carried forward to a subsequent payout period.

PepticoreAminos may, at its discretion, process interim payouts or make alternative payout arrangements for affiliates generating significant qualifying volume.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or another payment method approved by PepticoreAminos.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current payment information. PepticoreAminos is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete payout details supplied by the affiliate.

10) Tax Information and Affiliate Responsibility

Affiliates participate in the Program as independent parties and are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes applicable to their affiliate income.

Where required for tax, withholding, reporting, or compliance purposes, PepticoreAminos may require an affiliate to provide appropriate tax documentation before issuing a payout.

Depending on the affiliate's status and applicable requirements, such documentation may include a Form W-9, Form W-8BEN, Form W-8BEN-E, or other appropriate tax documentation.

PepticoreAminos does not provide individual tax advice. Affiliates should obtain independent professional advice regarding their own tax obligations.

11) Prohibited Traffic and Promotional Practices

The following promotional practices are prohibited:

• spam or unsolicited promotional activity that violates applicable law;
• bots, fake traffic, fraudulent traffic, or artificially generated clicks;
• cookie stuffing or forced placement of referral cookies;
• forced clicks, hidden redirects, misleading redirects, or tracking manipulation;
• false or misleading advertising;
• unauthorized incentivized traffic;
• impersonation of PepticoreAminos or its employees or representatives;
• creating websites, profiles, domains, or accounts designed to appear to be official PepticoreAminos properties;
• unauthorized coupon, deal, or discount-code distribution;
• promotion through illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent websites or services;
• promotion primarily directed toward persons under 21 years of age;
• promotion inconsistent with the research-use-only nature of the products.

12) Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding

Affiliates may not purchase or bid on paid-search keywords containing PepticoreAminos, misspellings of the brand, PepticoreAminos product names combined with the brand, or other protected brand terms without prior written authorization.

Affiliates may not use PepticoreAminos trademarks or branding in paid-ad display URLs, domain names, social-media account names, or advertising material in a manner that suggests the advertisement is operated directly by PepticoreAminos.

13) Email and Direct Marketing

Affiliates using email or other direct-marketing methods are solely responsible for ensuring that their campaigns comply with applicable marketing and privacy laws.

Commercial email campaigns directed to recipients in the United States must comply with applicable requirements concerning sender identification, truthful subject lines, advertising disclosures, unsubscribe mechanisms, and other requirements imposed by U.S. law.

Affiliates may not represent emails, messages, or other communications as having been sent directly by PepticoreAminos unless expressly authorized in writing.

14) Social Media, Video, Reviews, and Influencer Content

Affiliates are responsible for all content they publish on websites, blogs, social networks, video platforms, forums, communities, newsletters, or other media.

Affiliate disclosures must remain clear and conspicuous regardless of platform or content format.

Affiliates must not rely solely on profile biographies, separate disclosure pages, or disclosures that are hidden or difficult for the audience to see when a disclosure is required in connection with particular promotional content.

PepticoreAminos may request modification or removal of content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms, applicable law, advertising requirements, platform policies, or PepticoreAminos compliance standards.

15) Intellectual Property and Brand Use

Approved affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use PepticoreAminos-approved names, trademarks, logos, product images, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates acquire no ownership interest in any PepticoreAminos trademark, copyright, brand asset, product image, or other intellectual property.

Brand materials may not be materially modified, sublicensed, sold, transferred, or used for purposes unrelated to the Affiliate Program without written authorization.

16) Independent Affiliate Relationship

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, fiduciary, or representative relationship between the affiliate and PepticoreAminos.

Affiliates operate independently and have no authority to enter into agreements, incur obligations, make guarantees, or make representations on behalf of PepticoreAminos.

17) Monitoring and Compliance

PepticoreAminos may review affiliate websites, social-media accounts, advertisements, referral activity, traffic sources, orders, and other publicly available promotional materials for the purpose of verifying compliance with these Terms.

Affiliates may be asked to provide reasonable information regarding traffic sources, promotional channels, or campaigns associated with suspicious or irregular activity.

Failure to provide reasonable information where fraud or Program abuse is suspected may result in commissions being held while the matter is reviewed.

18) Suspension and Termination

PepticoreAminos may suspend or terminate participation in the Affiliate Program for violation of these Terms, fraud, misleading promotion, prohibited product claims, abuse of referral tracking, self-referral, reputational risk, legal or regulatory concerns, or other material non-compliance.

Upon termination, the affiliate must stop representing themselves as a PepticoreAminos affiliate and discontinue unauthorized use of PepticoreAminos brand materials.

Legitimately earned commissions generated before termination may remain eligible for payment after normal validation. Commissions associated with fraud, prohibited conduct, violations of these Terms, refunds, chargebacks, or other non-qualifying transactions may be cancelled.

19) Changes to the Affiliate Program

PepticoreAminos may modify the Affiliate Program, commission rates, tracking rules, payout thresholds, payout methods, eligibility requirements, promotional restrictions, or these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will become effective when published on this page or otherwise communicated to affiliates, unless a different effective date is stated.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20) Governing Terms and Disputes

These Affiliate Program Terms supplement the general Terms & Conditions and other policies published on PepticoreAminos.us.

Questions concerning governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, and other general legal terms will be governed by the applicable provisions of the PepticoreAminos website Terms & Conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in these Affiliate Program Terms.

21) Acceptance of These Terms

By applying to, joining, or continuing to participate in the PepticoreAminos Affiliate Program, the affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions are intended for the PepticoreAminos United States affiliate program.
