Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Pepticore Aminos website or purchasing any product. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the Refund Policy as well.

The Refund Policy includes a limited 14-day return option from delivery, exclusively for parcels returned in their original shipping packaging, still sealed, unopened, untampered with, and not resealed, according to the conditions set out in the policy.

These Terms and Conditions govern the general use of the website. For the contractual rules applicable to orders, payments, shipping, disputes, and refunds, please refer to our Terms of Service, which prevail in the event of conflict.

Pepticore Aminos makes no representations regarding the efficacy, safety, suitability, or intended use of the products. Any descriptions, technical references, research summaries, or informational/marketing language are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, veterinary, scientific, regulatory, or legal advice, nor product claims.

By purchasing from Pepticore Aminos, you confirm and agree that:

• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or properly trained individual with adequate expertise for the safe handling of research substances.
• You will use the products only in a controlled laboratory or research environment and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• You will not use, nor allow others to use, the products for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, veterinary use, or any form of administration.
• You are at least 18 years old and have suitable experience, facilities, and equipment for safe handling of the materials.

Pepticore Aminos reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or suspend sales and accounts in cases of improper use, false declarations, circumvention of requirements, unauthorized resale, suspicious activity, fraud indicators, or regulatory compliance concerns.

Warning

The inclusion, resale, or use of syringes, diluents, injection supplies, or similar accessories together with research peptides may be interpreted by regulators or third parties as evidence of intent for human or animal use. Pepticore Aminos does not sell, provide, endorse, or promote such accessories and disclaims all liability for their use, sale, possession, distribution, or association by third parties.

Regulatory Statement

These products have not been evaluated, approved, or authorized by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. 1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using this website or purchasing products from Pepticore Aminos, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make purchases.

2. Intended Use

Pepticore Aminos offers products intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. The products are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, veterinary use, clinical use, or recreational use. Buyers must be at least 18 years old and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited Uses

Any use of the products outside of legitimate laboratory research is strictly prohibited, including, by way of example, ingestion, injection, topical application, or any form of administration to the body. Violations may result in immediate account termination, refusal of future sales, order cancellation, and any other action permitted by applicable law.

4. Limitation of Liability

While taking care in sourcing and handling products, Pepticore Aminos makes no guarantees regarding suitability for any specific research application. Products are provided “as is”. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for use, handling, storage, disposal, and compliance, and agree that Pepticore Aminos shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from their purchase, possession, handling, storage, disposal, or use.

5. Contractual Policies Applicable to Orders, Shipping, Disputes, and Refunds

For orders, payments, shipments, risk of loss, disputes, returns, and refunds, the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy apply.

Any claim relating to shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items, quantity discrepancies, empty vials, parcel tampering, or any dispute concerning the contents of the parcel must be reported within 2 (two) business days from delivery and is strictly subject to the mandatory submission of:

• A full, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel with the shipping label clearly visible;
• Clear recording of the opening process and all contents inside;
• Detailed photographs of the products and packaging.

In the absence of a compliant unboxing video as described above, the claim may not be considered.

For applicable remedies, if any, and the type of refund, only the Refund Policy applies. Chargebacks are handled under the Chargeback Policy.

Without prejudice to the above for claims, disputes concerning the contents of the parcel, opened, used, tampered-with, damaged, non-compliant, improperly stored products or products that do not meet the eligibility requirements, the Refund Policy may provide a monetary refund exclusively in the case of a return within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of a parcel returned in its original shipping packaging, still sealed, unopened, untampered with, and not resealed, after receipt and positive verification of the return.

For the purposes of cancellations and refunds, the order is considered to have entered processing as soon as the shipping label is created, even if the parcel has not yet been physically handed over to the carrier.

5-bis. 14-Day Return for Sealed Parcels

Pepticore Aminos may allow returns within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery exclusively for parcels returned in their original shipping packaging, still sealed, unopened, untampered with, and not resealed.

For reasons of integrity, traceability, and safety of products intended exclusively for research use, returns are not accepted for parcels that have been opened, altered, damaged, resealed, tampered with, or where the original seal is no longer intact.

Any refund, where applicable, is issued only after the returned parcel has been received and after positive verification that the return complies with the conditions set out in the Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is attributable to Pepticore Aminos or concerns a wrong/damaged product correctly reported under the applicable policies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is attributable to Pepticore Aminos.

6. Quality, COA and Purity Analysis

COAs are available on product pages and can be requested via the contact form. Any independent purity verification is recognized as valid only if performed by Janoshik or Synaptica Analytics and includes the batch number and “Pepticore Aminos” as the source; the sample must be lyophilized with the original sealed cap. Operational details are set out in the Terms of Service. Analyses that do not meet these requirements are not considered valid for any dispute or remedy. Any applicable remedies, if any, are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.

7. Product Representation

Product images and photos on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The color or appearance of caps, crimps, seals, vials, labels, or packaging may vary depending on production batches, without affecting the quality, purity, identity, or characteristics of the product.

8. Changes to the Terms

Pepticore Aminos may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. United States Shipping and Customer Responsibility

Pepticore Aminos currently ships orders within the United States. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

• Orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund, replacement, reshipment, or store credit.
• Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, remote delivery areas, failed delivery attempts, access issues, or other circumstances outside our control do not create an automatic right to refund or replacement.
• Risk and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.
• Any claim regarding delivery, damage, missing items, incorrect items, quantity discrepancies, or parcel contents must comply with the requirements stated in the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, including the required unboxing video where applicable.
